Great first visit for my young parrotlet! She's feisty but they were able to handle her well, get swabs and draw blood. I was terrified of of a blood draw on a 33 gram bird but they did well and she is fine, just a little sleepy. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and they provided me with TONS of reading info for bird care. Staff was all very nice and they were easy to contact.

We really trusted this place in the first time. Until we got our dog’s neutering at this vet. It was $780 and we didn’t even get a Elizabethan collar! 10 days later Then my dog had a open wound! This is so frustrated. And that’s not it, when I called for emergency number all I got from Dr. is go to other vet because they are not open Sunday! We waited to back to this vet to close the wound, finally, we got a Collar. It costed me another $400 for the job they didn’t do well in the first time. All this place is about spending money for an “ not even good” job. I won’t go this place anymore. I went there 8 times, this is way too enough.

I’ve been searching for a good reptile vet and finally found one. They treat my baby like their own, even talked to him in baby voices like I do and I love it. Past vets were always cold and seemed uncaring when handling him, or were simply money hungry ordering risky tests requiring sedation and intubation without giving reasons behind any of it. I didn’t get that feeling here at all. Dr. Meade was amazing; she did a very thorough exam, gave an in-depth explanation for everything, ruled out possible causes of his muscle spasms and explained why. She recommended products to help, seemed very confident in her diagnosis, and I didn’t leave an anxious worried mess like I usually do after vet visits. They even called the next day to ask how my baby is doing. It’s a 30/45 minute drive for me but absolutely worth it.

As an exotic pet owner, it is always very difficult to find the right vet. I've gone to multiple others in the area and always end up back here. The pricing is competitive, the doctors are knowledgeable, and the front of house staff are extremely professional. I can honestly say there isn't anywhere else that nails all three of those standards in the area.nnDr. Kupersmith is an absolute genius, Dr Meade is fantastic with exotics, and Dr Cromwell leaves no stone unturned and cares deeply about her patients. If you are an exotic owner, this is the place.

Last night I attempted to contact the on call veterinarian about a medical emergency but never received a response. Unfortunately, during the period of waiting my hamsters health quickly deteriorated and she passed away. Very disappointed in the fact that I have still not heard back, the receptionist this morning when I called however was kind.
