Peticote Veterinary Clinic, LLC

My dog had an infected open wound on her paw. I was unable to get her into our regular vet or our usual emergency vet. I was referred to Peticote by a client of mine. When I called, the receptionist did everything in her power to ensure that my pup could be seen right away, despite the doc being totally booked. I was moved by the warmth, caring and professionalism of the entire staff. The doc provided with me all of our options in addition to giving me cost difference and her professional opinion. She never once made me feel like a cheapskate in regards to the cost of care for my pup. Peticote will be our new pet PCM.

I took my dog there for the first time and they were great!! Everyone i interacted with at the office was awesome!! The care my dog received was exceptional!! The cost of the visit was also very reasonable!!

The establishment is great and very clean. However I think they aren't in line with there practice. We have a 10 year old corgi that was having urinary issues. We were recommended, by the vet, to put him on a diet but no further instructions from him. Didn't offer a diet plan or anything. Out of curiosity I did ask about food and what's with the whole wives tale about no grain on the dog food so they did dive in on that answer but nothing about diet to help with current issue. I was at the vet on 3 different occasions. What they did offer was send us to Red Bank because they didnt do the surgery, that was needed, in house. How an establishment like that can't do a urine stone removal, is beyond me. It just seemed like they didn't care about my dogs health and that they had a deal with Red Bank for certain surgeries. If you're okay with putting money out there and still not get results, this is your place. I think the vet is very knowledgeable, he's just not the doctor for my dog. I hate knowing that I spent money to just get, really, no where.

I have been going here since I got my dog. The staff is amazing and very friendly. When we had a bad storm and they couldn't accept payment they still took care of my dog, and we settled later. If you are looking for a vet look no further.
