I switched vets to come here because a family member recommended them. They had trouble getting a blood sample which no other vet in 8 years has had. No one got back to me on the results until I called twice. They saud they misfiled his info. Then they recommended going back to his old vet for an eye problem. Staff is not the friendliest. Most staff in vet office are overly friendly. Will not be going back!

The staff here is patient, caring, and friendly. Can’t imagine going elsewhere for my babies!

First off I havent had the best of luck with vets. What i mean is, i am always left feeling like something more could have been suggested or something wasnt explained well enough for me or they fail to actually properly treat my animals. I am very involved in my dogs well being and its important to me that i feel i will be offered every possible angle for treatment. That means, if a more organic method could assist in something, i expect my vet to be educated enough to make any suggestion that can help my dogs.nI came here because of their openness to view the problem from many angles. When i called to schedule my first appointment i was met with compassion, honesty, kindness and of course professionalism. I felt heard and seen by the techs and the dr. My dog has regular allergies and has seen a few doctors that didnt seem to want to educate me on what could be the issue. At pathways to wellness, they helped me understand where the allergies may be coming from and how to handle it at home so things arent as costly. They didnt give me a ton of heavy drugs for his allergies, which i felt was always excessive for my dogs allergies. They treated him, literally like their own or better. The kindness and warm energy was just what i needed after having to put down my first dog.nnAs a dog owner, to me, all i want is to know my dog can be treated in various ways, not just with pharmaceuticals that have serious side effects.nnI have already made an appointment for one of my other dogs. I am happy to have found this place.

I have to say, this place is amazing. We brought our dog in who was suffering greatly from an auto immune disease that is basically unable to be controlled to date. We were leaning towards euthanasia because her of her prolonged decline.. it was borderline inhumane the suffering she was going through. Dr. Cobbs sat with us and discussed all options in a one last attempts to save our dog. The outcome is unclear, however, her services alone gave us a little bit of ease/confirmation on our dogs state along with some additional, pending research on medications to try when basically everyone else has given up on us. She recommended several options, and even if they don't work, the facility's services as a whole will now make this my primary vet. Even the women working in the office make it an extremely comfortable atmosphere and don't make you feel bad for asking questions, or calling numerous times to ensure a multitude of things. They also don't look at your funny when your dog barks/reacts to other dog's barking which I have experienced in other places sad to say. Dr. Cobbs is great, she has both a conventional and alternate medicine overview and will be honest with you on which route to take.
