I just made the call to put my dog (Milan) to sleep, the hardest decision for any pet owner to make. I spoke with Tamarra, she was professional, compassionate and kind. Her understanding of the situation and our conversation gave me peace about my decision, thank you. I specifically want to thank Dr. Rachel Scotland for her years of service to Milan and myself. I appreciate all the staff, who care have serviced myself and Milan over years, I say thank you and God Bless.

I recently moved to the Jersey Shore area. I needed to find a qualified vet who knew how to properly treat and diagnose reptiles. Believe me when I tell you this is not an easy find. After a lot of research, I was referred to Dr. Christopher Lambert. Dr. Lambert performed a beak trim and shape to my Eastern Three Toed Box turtle. This procedure requires a sedative. He is a highly skilled doctor. He went out of his way to allay my concerns and to accommodate my pet so she would have a pleasant visit. If I could give Dr. Lambert 1,000 stars I would! Don’t hesitate to allow him to evaluate and treat your reptile. Thanks to all of the lovely staff members for making Chica’s visit less stressful for her.

Our kitty, Lily, had a leg injury and thankfully, Dr Chi was able to treat her on an emergency basis on a Sunday. The entire staff were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and ready to help us. After careful exam and xrays, our feline friend will be ok after a few days of rest and prescribed medications. The fees for services were very fair and the care was top notch!nThank you! ud83dude0a

I had to put my sick cat down yesterday. I'm so thankful for the wonderful and compassionate techs, doctors and all the staff. Because of covid I had to wait outside at first and they even gave us water and ice pops! Once I decided it was best to put my cat to sleep, they allowed us in a private room with my sweet boy and we were given as much time with him as wanted. Thank you all so much!

3 hour wait for a wellness visit, even with an appointment. Had me waiting outside, no communication whatsoever on why it is taking so long, and when they finally brought her out to me not even an apology. I understand you're an ER too, but maybe you should hire more staff if you cant accommodate both.
