Great pet store. They don't always have all the flavors of cat food available. Clean and easy to get in and out of.

I brought in my chorkie for a was cut and style. I told the man I wanted his face rounded, trimmed down to an half inch on body. My dog was crying and pulling when he took him back. I should of took a hint. Well when I picked him up I had to pay first. Never did that before. Well I cried when I saw him.he was shaved down sooooo bad I could see skin. His face is pointy, his tail is a big ball. Wth. He jumped into my arms so glad to see me. The excuse I got he was matted. He had three tiny ones by his torso. I know cause I check him regularly. He loves the mud. I definitely didn't tip. He looks like he belongs in a work camp. Poor baby.

Manager has no knowledge of the Civil Rights Laws, Discrimination Laws, Medical Laws, Constitutional Laws or professionalism. He is not aware of what laws there are, what they mean or what protection the public has when shopping at a public place. I am filing suit and will never shop there again! I would give 0 stars if I could!! I spend $150 a week on dog food, my business will be conducted elsewhere!!

Happy to know they now provide prescription foods! This makes life most convenient when you have a special needs pet or want to be health conscious for your fur baby. Such a friendly staff and great variety of fun too!
