The staff is amazing. They took wonderful care of me when sadly my little buddy needed to be.... now I have another pet and they are great with her. I will not go anywhere else.
My girl had been sick for a few weeks and everything I tried failed to fix my fur-baby. I was told to take her over to Pinnical, and it was like walking into a family reunion. They treated me like I was an old friend. That were very straight forward with me not only on what was wrong with my girl but with the pricing too. We are now actively working on my girls problem and I can't thank them enough for making me and my girl feel like family. To bad I can't give them 10 ud83cudf1f's
Dr. Gartner is no longer at Pinnacle vet clinic which is unfortunate. We took our cherished pet in for a five minute procedure and Dr. Oxford let him die! They use outdated protocols, out dated drugs, and have no monitoring what so ever. He even acted amused at the fact that we were in pain over this! Very unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE if you love your pets and family. We found out the particulars about this clinic after our pet was left to die. Don’t make the same mistake please.
Great place, super friendly staff, great Dr.! Affordable prices. I went there for the first time last week with my Chihuahua and back today with my black lab.nI'm making them my Vet's office from now on.
Honestly the best clinic in the area. My mother and I have several dogs between us, many with chronic issues that require regular attention, so they know us by name here lol.nnAnyway, I had to go to a different clinic at 8 this morning because Pinnacle is busy from reorganizing their system after switching vets, but they were STILL able to get me and my cat in after he escaped my house and got hit by a car. Within two hours, despite being wildly busy, they got me test results that the other clinic wasn’t going to start on until tonight, and at a FRACTION of the cost. I honestly regret even taking him to the different clinic in Joplin, as they overcharged me and had no intention of starting any real, actionable care for another 12 hours after I arrived.nnI always feel safe taking animals here, and the staff always cares about your animals. If you’re trying to find a new veterinarian with amazing service and great prices, look no further than Pinnacle.
