Very friendly and professional! I take my best friend Bishop here to get his check ups done and they treat him very well they take time to explain if there is anything to be done. We also have taken our mother dog here when she got hit by a car and they took very good care of her and she is back to full health with their great care!
The time l brought my cats into the clinic the Dr. Was an older man, and he was so afraid of the cat, the cat did not get a through exam. Now the female vet and staff the best for my daughter's dog. Just a bad day?
Ever heard of a vet who’s afraid of cats? Well, you’ll find one here. We brought our very sick cat in to West Oaks, only to receive a call some four hours later telling us that he was too scary to be treated. Again, this was my skeletal-thin, very sick cat... Furthermore, the vet was very rude and inconsiderate about the whole thing. She seems to be a bit of a drama queen, and I doubt she really cares about animals.
Awesome people and service! So helpful! And I love how they follow up to make sure your pet is doing well.
