I am not from the area but I could not of asked for a more compassionate person to help me though losing my heart!❤ufe0f She cried with us and she felt the loss with us. That is very rare these days. I would recommend ANYONE with a canine family member to trust they feel your happiness, concern, and in my situation, pain! However they went up and beyond to make a horrible experience tolerable. They carried my fur baby out like she was theirs. I will always be grateful!❤ufe0f
Dr. Monica and her staff are the most caring and understanding Vet Clinic in Northeast Missouri. When i loss my emotional support Animal Jorie they handle Jorie so sweetly and was very sympathetic to me over losing her. Now i have found another cat that looks almost like my Jorie except she is short hair. I am looking forward when she is able to be with me. Thank you again to everyone at Monroe City Veterinary Office. I appreciate your kindness and understanding.
Front desk friendly and professional. Dr. Otto is professional, concerned, very knowledgeable, answers all questions and doesn't make you rushed. Great vet office!
Dr.Otto is so caring for all animals! She is the best. We live 100 miles one way and we drive just to bring all 4 dogs to her. Staff is very friendly.
I love this place. Monica explained things very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable with having my dogs surgery done there.nDefinitely recommend her!
