Placed an order for a funeral two days before the funeral. They call me the day of the funeral and tell me that they can’t do it even though They took my money and The funeral home is only a block away. from their store!nI asked if they could please throw something together and she flat out said no!nI do not understand why for she gave no reason.nnWhen I inquired about getting my refund they hung up on me! I tried to call them back and they hung up on me again!nDO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!nTo leave someone hanging for a funeral is just bad business!!!!!nWorst customer service I have ever run into in my life!!!!
I was very nervious about ordering flowers online. We were unable to attend the funeral service for my cousin-in-law to support the family. The spray was unbelievably beautiful. Then flowers were very fresh, bright in color and tight. We ask for star burst lillies they were open just beautifully . Thank you Anderson Florist's for performing above and beyound our expectations.
