Through the services needed for our animals through the years - Dr Carson and especially Dr Briscoe have been awesome with - not only pet care- but our feelings as well. Heard there is a new Dr Starbucks.... now that is just a sign for me!!! Thanks for always being here for us!

I don’t live in Hannibal and haven’t used this vet before. General vet clinic was the only vet I could get ahold of at 1230 in the morning to ask about my sweet girl. Dr. Briscoe was very kind and helpful even in the late hours on a holiday weekend. My girl was still acting in pain this morning so I took her to see the vet—still a holiday weekend. (My home vet shut down early for a football game) Dr. Briscoe fit me into his already tight schedule. He has four other patients in the parking lot while I was there. He was fast, courteous, understanding and very caring. We are contemplating switching vets. I will drive my babies to Hannibal to see a vet with such care and compassion. Excellent care and very fair price!

General Vet Clinic has taken care of my cats and dogs for several years now for routine and emergency care. Docs Briscoe and Carson are skilled, compassionate, and reasonably priced. This is my go to place when my critters need care!
