Took my cat in to be spade. The dropping her off process was normal. Was instructed to pick her up the following day by 2 pm. When I got there the door was locked. Small note on the door said to call for assistance. Someone else was dropping off an animal. I went up to the door, the lady would not open it but spoke to me thru an 2 inch opening in a window. She ask what I wanted, explained to pick up my cat. She had me back away from the door then sat my cat out side. She then handed me the bill ( double from what I was told the day before) thru door that barely allowed the paper to pass thru. I was given NO instructions on how to care for her sutures or anything. I wrote a check and was told to place it in the door jam. In addition it was raining hard this entire time. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the service, if you could call it that. Very very poor service.

❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f I have nothing but great things to say about Montgomery Vet Clinic. Always there, available for updates even after hours, kind and compassionate. I know that my babies are in good hands. Even if I have to say goodbye to one, they totally understand. I feel like I can talk to them about any issue that may come up and be comfortable. ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
