Precious Paw Prints Crematory

After reading the reviews about Precious Paw Prints Crematorium, I’d say, enough said for me to never want to use this place for any of my pets once they have passed. Talk about lacking compassion and professionalism is just a start for this place. 🙄 To many of us, losing a pet is like losing a family member/loved one. What we don’t need is taking our loved one to someone with no thought or sympathy for what we are going through.

We had a similar experience as Marina Fabian, a phone call that showed ZERO compassion for our traumatic situation, repeatedly saying she needed paid, does not do pickups because she doesn't carry her credit card machine with her ( welcome to the 21 century, buy a SQUARE even the Girl Scouts use them to sell cookies). Multiple complains about times she would allow a drop off before a time was decided. This business is clearly about her her her and not the type of customer service it requires. I wouldn't allow these people to handle disposal of a dead flower arrangement, it was horrible, unprofessional and compassion was clearly not in her wheel house. We drove our pet to Reno and had amazing service from Beloved Friends and our needs were met without multiple issues described above.

Loretta is just the Best! She is kind, caring and compassionate. I have lost my mother and a couple of dogs and every time Loretta has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I truly can't thank Loretta enough for the all the services she offers to the community, and for her wonderful hugs too. Loretta you are an amazing woman, THANK you for ALL that you do.

Thank you Loretta for your Kindness, Tender and Loving Care with My Sweet Furbaby Sunshine. I was devastated and you were so Sweet to get her back to me very quickly. I am really Happy to have her back. The box is very nice, it was perfect she loved to stop and smell the flowers. ;)

When I phoned the crematorium, the person that answered my call was rude, and cold-hearted. I was already quite distraught over the loss of my beloved dog, and was quite taken back by the response. I will now go bury my dog. Thanks for nothing.
