The Director and Staff were very friendly, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area. Glad I chose them.
Family member died in the early morning on a Sunday. When hospice called them the call was forwarded to an unrecognized number not even giving the funeral chapel name. A voice message was left but never got a return call and finally called another funeral home.
Considerate and professional staff. Very impressed.
Felt the funeral director was unprofessional, lacking sympathy and borderline rude throughout the process of my family member’s planning and service. Difficulty streamlining guests, would not recommend.
