They are always fantastic. All the front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. Dr. Worth is such a great veterinarian, she takes the time to get to know you and your pets. Absolutely a great place to take your fur babies.

My animals ALWAYS receive excellent care at Imperial Animal Hospital. We love all the vets there! Dr. Dellacamera really listened to my concerns at this last visit. She was so kind and compassionate to my sweet older dog. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate and respect every person at Imperial Animal Hospital. I have 3 dogs who are my babies and I won’t take them anywhere else!
As always Imperial Animal is the best. Even with the Covid procedures, everyone is kind and polite. They show genuine care and concern for us and for Brother our cat. The young ladies who answer the phone are so helpful and cheerful. All the doctors are great, we have known Dr. Bates for many years and consider him not only our Vet but our friend. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I was referred to Imperial Animal Hospital by a friend who has been going there for a while. We really appreciate the care we receive for our three cats. They don't run unnecessary tests. They do make sure your pet is secure and safe when giving them shots. They have done the COVID19 curbside care as best as a facility can. I appreciate their responsiveness, too. I will only say there is one receptionist who doesn't really listen to instructions or details very well - but you know what? With all that's going on if that's the worst of it, that's fine by us. We really like this facility a lot.
