Tasha, the young lady who manned the phones was excellent. Every one was very friendly and helpful. They let you know up front what to expect so there are no surprises. I will be going back with my fur babies.
We love this place!! Both of my fur babies have been going for years. Awesome staff, always friendly.
I can't say enough about Desoto Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Miesner is a wealth of information and I know I take better care of my animals because of him. The staff are super sweet and always make me feel like family. Once when the power was out they still took time to see my cat who needed care. I was delayed by a car accident, but they waited after hours and even turned the car lights on the sign so I could find them in the dark! They saw my cat by flashlight! Amazing group of animal experts!
We had to put our beloved schnauzer down and this team was so kind. They took their time and were so understanding with all our tears. Thank you so much.
Very sweet and empathetic with end of life for your fur babies.
