Terrible experience with the desoto branch. Communications are pretty much nonexistent with the director. The viewing room was stuffy as the AC struggled to keep up. Outdated small tv for dvd slide show. Other issues that were specific to us that I don’t want to share. Don’t recommend
Very disappointed in the way Mann's handled my mother-in-laws funeral services at Jefferson Barracks. She had been cremated but wanted her ashes buried with her husband who was a WWII Vet. Not only did they forget the flowers for the services, they also forgot the plush blanket to cover the gurney. No attempt to make it right prior to the services were made. A very poor way to conduct business in my opinion.
At what was the hardest time I had in my life the staff at Mahn made things so much easier. I can't thank them nearly enough.
All my family members have been brought to Mahn and most recent my mother that we lost in February 2016.They were very professional as well as compassionate in our time of sorrow.nRoger Charleville made a hard day a little easier as we were making the decisions for the service. We even laughed that day and I'm sure my mom was happy for us. On the day of the funeral I was so surprised to see Todd Mahn along with Roger shake our hands as we left the Funeral Home. Mahn is truly top notch when it comes to sending our loved ones home.
