Hope Animal Hospital

My rabbit had been sick for 3 days so we took him to hope animal hospital knowing they treat a lot of rabbits. The first thing we noticed was the staff was extremely rude. When the employee called us about our rabbit and we were discussing what to do she was EXTREMELY rude and was rushing us, she basically sounded like she didn’t care for our pet what so ever. When they were done they came outside and then this new lady was also rushing us. She was only talking about the medication and never told us how it went with our rabbit or how he is doing. We got back to our car and noticed he was shaking and laying very weirdly but we thought it might have been from all of the medication they gave him but of course we didn’t know because they didn’t update us. Not long after we started driving our rabbit started to make weird noises sounding like he was in pain. We immediately started freaking out and called the Hope Animal Hospital. They didn’t answer, so we called their emergency rabbit line and once again they didn’t answer. Shortly after, my rabbit passed away during the car ride. Keep in mind this was only a few minutes after we left the vet. I would NOT go here. I felt extremely disrespected and also felt my rabbit was disrespected. I truly wish these weren’t such horrible people more worried about getting home then their patients. We came here in hopes that they could help but all they did was make it worse. So so heartbroken and disappointed.

I went in as a first time pet owner. The entire staff was amazing!! They were so patient and they were very helpful with answering all my questions!!

I took my gerbil here for a scent gland tumor removal surgery, and they were amazing. They were able to squeeze him in for surgery last minute and treated him with the utmost care before and after the surgery. He was trying to chew at his surgery site afterwards, and they even made him a cute little e-collar to restrain him so that he could heal. It's been about a month since his surgery, and he is back to his old self now.

I had the privilege of working with all of these wonderful veterinary professionals for a short period of time. Unfortunately the stars were not aligned and I was not able to work with them full timennDr. B is one of the most well educated, informative, and caring people I have ever worked for. She genuinely cares for every single one of her patients and knows how to put a owners at ease.nnThe skills I witnessed and learned here are unmatched and every individual working there consistently goes out of their way for the comfort of the patient and the owner. Anytime a procedure was discussed an estimate was provided for upfront pricing. They understand that vet bills can cost a pretty penny and are willing to discuss different options that are best for the patient and affordable for the owner. They know that every patient big and small deserves the best care and they provide all they can and then some!

Their workers seem like their passionate for their work enough to the point I'll walk away and trust them cutting my dog's nails. I like how they do it better than my vet.
