I must say that from all the funerals I have been to, Jeremy Fieser was much more comforting that all the rest. He is very professional has an amazing calmness about him that helps in difficult times. He handled my husbands passing in such a way that I could not imagine going anywhere else.
The rooms and halls are clean and decorated. The people are very polite and helpful. After a good experience with my mom today, I was so happy that I left my cane somewhere on the way home. I called Feiser's and was forwarded to the night person. He wasn't there yet, but called in for me and had someone check my mom's room(where I thought it was) and the nurse's station. It wasn't at either one, so they called back to let me know. It's great that someone would care enough to do that. I did find my cane, it was at the next call on my list.
