I love the professional and friendly service at GoodVets. The Vets, Staff and Groomer are the best. Diagnosis and after care instructions are always explained very clearly. The groomer is so kind and is great about asking exactly how I like my dog groomed. Booking appointments is fast and easy. It shows that everyone at GoodVets loves animals. The love and care given to my dog is exceptional.
Like how does this place exist?! Everything from the first appointment to post surgery for my pup; the experience has been phenomenal! The staff and Dr. DeMarco just is amazing and they go above and beyond for their patients and their owners! I just called to get medical records to file an insurance claim and Amanda already got everything pulled up for me and sent to my email! I cannot RAVE enough about this place. Did I mention it smells like a boutique in there and would would NEVER know that it was a vet? It is a 30 min drive for us but so well worth it. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on! Thank you so much to the staff.
GoodVets Lee's Summit is efficient. The staff is so kind and good with animals yet they don't dilly dally. They are very quick to get people in and out and always make me feel like my dog is cared for. It is very obvious how much the staff loves animals through the care they provide.
We love goodvets, both the vet side and the grooming side. Today we saw Thor, and we just love him. He always treats my dogs like long lost friends. :) I like that the dogs are treated like they are known.
We love GoodVets!! My family's dogs see Dr. Ebinger, who is consistently patient, kind and helpful, even when we have come in for same-day emergencies. The entire team goes out of their way to make our puppies feel safe, comfortable, and loved. We also always come away shocked at how much we save compared to past vet bills! Truly could not see our pets getting care anywhere else but here.
