They suck enough said
My mom passed away almost 3 months ago and I have yet to receive the death certificate...Have called numerous times was finally told I could call Medical Examiner to which he asked me same question I asked them, why are they not calling, just to find out they never sent it to doctor to be signed. I feel like they should be paying me for all the work I’m doing to find out what’s going on. They make promises to call yet if I don’t call I don’t hear from them. You try to support your black businesses but your black businesses don’t support you and don’t do what they should be doing. I’m very disappointed.
They disrespected a veteran so one star is being generous. They have been on the news multiple times for lack of respect and decorum. Even the financially strapped deserve respect. Yelling at employees, family members and telling people they should have thought about things and planned ahead. Is rather use Potter's field. They at least do a flag, music and show respect to the forgotten and unidentified or indigent. Shame on you people!!
Elite did and excellent job for my mother’s home going everything I ask for was done better then I ask for thank you guys
Just called their office for business. Guy on the phone was pretty rude and practically hung up in my face. Going to go out on a limb here and say if you're looking for someone to provide heart-wearming care for your family during a time of bereavement, you could do better than Elite.
