You guys are the best ever. Friendly service and all go out of their way to accommodate you and you pets. I could write a million great things. My pets are treated like I treat them,, my family and that means the world to me. And a BIG shout out to Dr. BRADLEY. THE BEST EVER!!!!!
First time coming here (we are newer to the area) and we were really disappointed. We brought our sick fur baby in. The front office staff were really nice and professional. However, the vet was not as professional. They over charged us on everything and then the vet could not give us a straight answer on what was wrong with out fur baby. The vet said that they would need to take x-rays and that it would cost around $200.00. Having had x-rays done at a different place and for a much larger fur baby, my heart sank. Reluctantly and out of desperation, we agreed. and told the vet that we couldn't give anymore then that. After it was all said and done and with the expense of the medicine, it ended up costing us $300.00. For $300.00, I would have expected a lot more answers then I got and we still pay have to put our fur baby down. I called around to several different places after the fact, whom all told me a lot more affordable prices. I am really disappointed that with everything going on, they would take advantage of people like that. I will never go back to this place.
Our baby had major surgery and Dr. Joe was great with our Gilbert! (180 pound mastif). The staff was responsive and understanding with all questions and concerns (there were quite a few). We received follow up texts and calls as well to make sure all was well.
Dr. Peyton is great and I trust him completely with my dogs care.
Not sure of my ticket yet, no. Mention of billing, yet my mini pincher - and the requested supplies! I love the relationship butch and I have with them ud83dudc93 ud83dudc95.
