Great service, quickly found out what was going on with my dog and let me decide what to do for next steps. They also have take many steps to prevent the spread of covid. Great Job!
Pros: They were open at night, they provided appropriate medications, they provided an itemized bill.nnCons: They were unorganized, they tried to scare us into spending more money than we needed to, they tried to charge us $750 (not including the visit and medications) for a procedure our normal vet charged us $75 dollars for.nnConclusion: If you think you need to go to a vet and your normal one is closed, then these guys will work. BUT, don't agree to any surgical procedures unless they say that the animal really can't wait until the following morning to go to your usual vet.
The receptionist at this place was very rude and condescending from the moment we called to let her know we were there. We were very worried about our dog and this cold hearted lady treated us like dirt. The vet and his assistant were very professional and nice, but I will NEVER bring my dog back there due to the rudeness of the receptionist. She should chose another career instead of upsetting people who are already worried about the pets.

This place is very clean. The people are so nice. The doctor was amazing really took his time with my boxer pup and then gave us his professional honest opinion. Then he gave us options and never tried to sway us to the more expensive one. The price was cheap compared to Blue Pearl and the experience was very enjoyable. I will only use this place if I ever have to use the ER for my dogs again. Even though it is an hour drive one way for me it is worth it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this facility. Thank you.
