Today I had a visit to the clinic for an emergency, typically I go to pleasant hill to have my pets seen but unfortunately today I had to choose something closer. Walking in the receptionists seemed really bitter and not very friendly, however the doctor my pet saw seemed a whole lot nicer/ friendlier. I don’t know if I’ll return to this vet clinic just because I don’t like how it doesn’t seem all down home and friendly. But it was decent enough for an emergency. The price was a little high but nothing to extreme.
First time I had met with this female veterinarian (so sorry I forgot her name) she gave me detailed advice about the dog food we are giving our Labs (one has reflux and gas) received a very good education on dog foods. She was also great with both dogs, one is a lover and hugger, the other is not a fan of the vet office and was putting up a bit of a fight (yearly heart worm and shots). The Vet was calm cool, waited for dog to calm down and got shots, blood, and temp. done. The boys both accepted the treats at the check out counter (younger one who but up fuss NEVER calms down enough to accept treat at the end, but the vet had him so calmed down he happily and eagerly took it without a fuss. Can't say enough about this facility and staff.
They took great care of my dog during a health emergency. The staff are professional and kind. The facility is clean. Very reasonably priced. We will definitely use this vet for all future needs. We saw Dr. Hamilton - highly recommend!!
We’ve never had a bad experience since going there for over 10 years. We particularly love Dr. Davis! She is always so patient and caring with my three dogs and has answered every question I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!
We needed a vet to see us immediately tonight. We have a bearded dragon. It’s hard enough to get a vet to see you right away for a normal animal. Let alone an exotic one. They got us in right away. As soon as we walked in the door we were taken to a room and we saw a vet within 5 minutes. She diagnosed the problem, gave the first dose of medicine and sent us with the meds we’d need. She calmed our fears and helped our sweet pet. And did it all at a reasonable cost! I will keep coming here as long as I have pets. Don’t hesitate, they’re great!
