I received some edibles as a Birthday gift from my sister. I was extremely pleased with the service, the quality of the products, the helpfulness of the staff, and the quick delivery. The fruit was the sweetest, most tasty fruit I've ever had. The arrangements were beautifully prepared. The delivery driver was very sweet and polite. I am beyond impressed with Edible Arrangements. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great product prepared by people who really care, and take pride in their work. BEST fruit ever!
I have been a loyal customer for many years, but after my most recent purchase, I will no longer be ordering. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet at the Lee’s Summit Store, fruit was not fresh, but mushy. One of the strawberries my mother bit into was black on the inside. I have never had a problem before this. Total waste of my money! And also, every year, their prices seem to increase ALOT. I know food, especially fruit, goes up in price, but this year seemed to be a smaller bouquet than last year’s small and it cost more and the fruit wasn’t even fresh.
A great alternative to flowers or chocolates. Friendly, great service, food is fresh.
I had a great experience! Customer service was excellent! I needed an arrangement on a busy Saturday in a short time frame and the sweet employee worked out a solution. I was able to purchase an arrangement for a special reason that popped up that day and she was able to create it without getting behind in her other orders. She thought outside the box to accommodate my special need. I was so appreciative!!
Very poor customer service - inexperienced front desk attendant and employee supervisor on the phone for 30 min too busy to deal with my issue - waited 30 min for product to be made( ordered yesterday) then paid cash while supervisor was continua 30 min phone call - unreliable this time- owner needs to know of the antics going on there !
