I ordered flowers from West Plains Florist for Memorial Day. I was told they would be delivered to the cemetery on Friday. I live in Texas so I had asked for a photo to be sent to me. I never did receive anything. My cousin happened to go by there on Saturday and sent me a photo of the stone with NO flowers. I tried to call them all weekend but as expected they were closed. Today, Tuesday, I finally reached them. Several excuses were given. I received a call back from the manager and her story did not match up with the story of the first lady I talked to. They told me they would TRY to get to it today! The holiday is over! I would not recommend using this establishment unless you are able to check on them. Extremely unprofessional!
I didn't go there I went next door to Ozark Treasure an new Thrift store on Broadway right across from Brown's furniture they have alot of kool stuff stop an check it out
Great quality and good prices. Very friengly staff.
