Always on time. Employees are very nice. Things are explained to where i can understand. Dr Ashley n Dr Shelly are both very sweet. You can tell the minute they come into the room. (Before the virus).
Caring and compassionate staff. Dr. Dooms is excellent, caring, and knowledgeable. They also have very reasonable fees. (On a side note: they are doing a good job handling this virus situation. Very quick service even though they have to come out to your vehicle.)
Staff was really nice and informative. My complaints are that while I was waiting outside for my cat to be brought back out, I noticed he came out and was brought to a different car. Thinking maybe they (another customer) had a similar kennel, I let it be until I noticed the lady came back out to their car to retrieve the kennel and bring it over to me. Wasn’t too happy they gave my fur baby to a stranger and she didn’t even mention the mistake. Once I got home, my cat got out of his kennel and wouldn’t not stop sniffing an outside corner of his carrier until I brought it to my face and smelt urine. This is a new carrier with no prior use and no other animals in my home. Again, not happy with that issue. Overall, ok pricing and kind staff, just unhappy with the negligence.
Great place. I take my very nervous fat cat here. They are kind and gentle with her. Love this vet office and those who work there.
Great service - friendly staff! We have taken our pets for shots and checkups as well as temporary boarding for trips and have been very pleased with their service. Prices are reasonable - would definitely recommend!
