Me and my 2 pups have used Hometown for a year now and we’re in love. We will never use anyone else in Springfield. They are so nice and informative. I have an old pup and a young pup and they take such good care of both. I always ask so many questions and they’re always so patient with me and provide so much education (Jack is my first old dog that I didn’t raise myself so i am a little extra ud83dude02). I appreciate Dr. Haywood and the staff so much! Thank you for all you’ve done for us in just the one year we’ve known you!
Excellent service! I recommended this vet to my parents and friend the day I visited. I have a rescue that is nervous in new situations. I was nervous about how she would react to being touched and handled by strangers. However, I was VERY impressed by the Vet’s and assistants’ ability to care for my dog and allow her to warm up to them. I had no problems. The staff are very professional and very clear. They didn’t force decisions on me and allowed me to think through what treatments I was ready for. I highly recommend these guys!
Had to have our boxers tail cut cause he had happy tail an kept cutting the end of it off an getting blood every where. The ladies the were so polite very good experience despite the reasons for being there.
I have taken 6 cats here on regular basis. The staff are wonderful and they have carecredit!
We have been with Hometown since Dr Kara started. She and Dr Julie are great. If you have pets this is the vet for them.
