Expensive and no billing. Must pay upfront or no service. No matter how sick the animal is. Making appointments goes out a week or even two. Make sure to have a good amount of cash or don't even bother.
Called them because I had multiple kitties that were sick and not eating, they said bring one kitty and we will send enough medicine for all. So we did....$200 and 2 days later, meds are gone, two kitties gone, 2 still sick and they refuse to refill the one medicine that was helping them. Said we have to bring the other kitties in now.....that's another office visit (which they won't be able to do today) and I can't afford.
They are wonderful! They gave me detail explanation of what was going to happen to my puppers and how much it was going to cost, and great prices. My dog is really finiky about people and she just loves them!
Dr. Storm is phenomenal! She is very keen on listening to you as a pet owner and answers all of the questions you could have. I have brought my pups to them on short notice and on scheduled appointments, either way I get the same great service. The staff is quick to lend a helping hand and a warm smile. Truly a remarkable clinic, and perfect for my spoiled pups.
