Taking safety precautions during this time is still very important to me so I don’t mind waiting in the car during appointments. The staff is very friendly and agreeable with my work schedule when making an appointment. They were very prompt to determine that my dog wasn’t going to be seen right away since the Dr’s were in an emergency surgery on another family’s pet. (Good crisis management :-)
Have been taking all of my four legged family to Hermann Veterinary for years- everyone there is fantastic! In emergencies they tell you to come right in- even when it is 3:00 am! It is evident they care deeply for the animals. They take their time with them , and try to put them at ease. They answer all your questions and call and give you updates during the day if you have to leave them for a procedure. Everyone in this office is just fantastic! I cannot describe what a comfort it is to have these people in our community.
You could not have made my visit anymore life changing for Mikey and me. I was desperate to find help and your staff provided it. I am forever grateful.
I think the service we received was top-notch. We received after-hours care that was prompt. At no point during the visit did we feel that we had to rush because it was during the 9 p.m. hour. The Doctor was thorough and I felt that he did everything he could to help us. We greatly appreciate the doctors and staff at Hermann Vet Clinic for their compassion and commitment to their clients and their pets.
The Doctor and staff were incredibly compassionate and helpful with the end of life decision I had to make with our family's 12 year old pet. I would recommend them for any pet care you need.
