Chelsey is a very very rude person, her facial expressions and her tone of voice is inappropriate and I am going to search for another vet to go to. I brought my dog in as a walkin and the expression on her face was like uh no...I told her that I have a very sick dog and need to have her looked at and she said well you will have to just drop her off and when we have extra time we will look at her.we are totally booked .this is no lie.i told her she was drinking alot of water and off the bat she says, well she needs bloodwork and that cost this amount and then she needs this that cost this amount and this cost that and was rattleing off $$$$.she didnt even let me explain other symptoms that she was having.i got a phone call stating what was wrong with her and tells me that the doctor thinks maybe I should take her St Louis and may have go let them examine and may have to have surgery and that it was expensive.i went to pick up my baby girl and I never got to see or talk with the doctor, paid my bill, got my dog and left.n1. Doctors should not have appointments only, no walkins, they should leave slots open for people who emergencies and cannot afford ER visits.n2. Get people who are compassionate about their clients and not be rude CHELSEY!nDoctor Randall seems like a good doctor but if you continue to have CHELSEY BEING RUDE TO YOUR CLIENTS..YOUR LOSING BUSINESS. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE and not deal with stupid mean people.
