Lisa created a beautiful basket for my sister in laws funeral ... Very happy with what she did. I've also received several bouquets of fresh flowers lately from our daughter ordered thru them. Very pretty creations! I couldn't be more pleased!
Pleasant shopping experience and had what I needed.
Valentine’s Day 2019. My wonderful husband orders a bouquet (ahead of time) to be delivered to me at work. I waited all day and nothing arrived. My husband called multiple times on he day off before finally getting through to speak to someone and was told they “ran out of flowers” and were waiting to get more (how do you not plan sufficiently for volume on what is likely the most flower driven holiday of the year!?). The day went on and still nothing. I called myself and left a message which was never returned. As of this review, several days later, we have yet to hear anything from the shop. This is the second time having issues with this business. I’ve instructed my husband to never again even debate on giving this business our money. They could have said, “we apologize, but we underestimated the amount of inventory we would need and will not be able to complete your order”. That would have been a more acceptable form of customer service than the non-response we received. You’re better off going to Walmart and picking up a bouquet than using this place!
Wonderful experience. The live plant I wanted was not in season. So I let them use their judgement when they went to the Flower Market. The plant was beautiful and fresh! I will use A Lasting Empression again and recommend them. Thank you.
