Do not use this florist if you are ordering out of state as you will never know if your flowers actually get delivered. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmothers grave as a gift for my mom on Mother's Day as we live in Florida and don't get to visit her grave often. They said they were able to take a photo of the flowers next to the grave and send it to me and never did. I called and inquired about it and they said their driver didn't read the note and they have no photo. They were very unapologetic and said they would refund me $5.... A slap in the face. Paid $60 for the delivery with nothing to show and my gift to my mother this Mother's Day ruined.
We use Hirsch Florist for special occasions at our office. We choose the Designer's Choice option online and it's always exceeded our expectations. The flowers are beautiful and they last for weeks!

A simple issue that could have been easily resolved turned into a horrible experience. The flower recipient was not home when they tried to deliver the flower arrangement so they called me (which was great) but the delivery person was rude and impatient on the phone. I was apologetic and requested they try to deliver them again at a later time. I never heard back and 2 days later called to find out what happened as the flowers had not been delivered. The manager was terribly rude, raised his voice, interrupted me many times and never once apologized for the situation. I didn’t call expecting a refund, just an explanation and what I needed to do to get the flowers but after being treated so poorly I ended up requesting a full refund. I wanted to support a local business and expected better service. I’m really disappointed and won’t recommend Hirsch to anyone.
The staff at Hirsch always go above and beyond when designing floral arrangements and other items for me. There's never a job too big or or small for them. Incredibly happy with their cheerful personalities and sunny dispositions! Would highly recommend their services to all of my friends and family…
