More affordable than most funeral homes but what upset me was them simply refusing to put my father’s remains in a plastic container with a lid. They argued that they only put it in sandwich bags, and that it’s just ash so my phobia isn’t important. I just wanted to have a container with a lid so I don’t have to feel the texture of the ashes and so the ashes don’t blow on my clothes. I offered to provide the container, but my opinions and feeling toward the matter weren’t any of their concern. Very insecure and petty on their part.
Very warm, friendly, compassionate, and professional staff from the initial call through the entire process. We had a very good experience considering the circumstances of losing a family member.
