This crew always cares for my pets as if they are their own, & the OWP program has saved me so much money while giving my pet complete preventative care.
My dog had some back teeth pulled at a vet close to my parents house that was 2 hours away. He was out of pain medication, was crying, and wouldn’t eat. I called everywhere trying to get him in on a Saturday. The veterinarian who saw him, Dr. Smith, was AMAZING ! He explained the precautions in switching his medication to a different NSAID, listened to my concerns and how much pain I felt my pup was in, and gave me options on what he could prescribe him. He didn’t have the current medication my dog was on in the store so he wrote me a prescription for it. He also gave me a stronger pain medication for in the mean time since I’m a nurse and work 13 hour shifts. He went above and beyond and I could not have been happier. Request Dr.Smith to care for your sick baby. He will not disappoint.
Very professional. Mr Smith is my dogs vet, he is very knowledgeable, informative and Bubba loves him. His love for pets is unparalleled. Stephanie at the front desk is awesome ,thank you for getting us in at such short notice you are an angel. Great experience, from A to Z.
Great service and people, just a bit pricey
Their plans they have are a rip off. You pay $900+ and they dont even give your pet a dental cleaning nor nail trimmings.
