Very nice staff. They are always willing to help. I'm here 2 or 3 times a week and they are always very polite and helpful.
Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! The store is clean and accommodating, they're willing to swap out what doesn't work for your fur baby.
This PetSmart has employees that don't have any clue about what they are talking about and very rude. I wouldn't buy anything from them even if it was the only pet store in Independence. You're better off going to Petco.
Always great and lots of options. Love that I can bring my dog. I was disappointed that they dont have rabbits in store anymore, but they are always really friendly and I love that I can personalize my own dog tags there. It is a little pricey for some items there, but overall great store
