Very kind and considerate staff, nice facility, and very good prices. Though, I likely won’t be bringing my kitty back. In march, I brought kitty in for a suspected skin problem. I was told “Unless he’s a good groomer, we didn’t see any fleas” so kitty was given some oral steroids and kitty’s health appeared to improve just a little bit. A WEEK later, he has tapeworms. The only legitimate possible cause of my cat developing tapeworms was by accidentally eating a flea(s) whilst grooming. In fact, looking around his coat myself with my untrained eyes, I found TWO love and thriving fleas that I removed and disposed of myself. So yes, my kitty is a good groomer, but had the staff looked closer and more diligently, I would not have had to take my cat somewhere else to get treated for tapeworms. As a student, I moved home (out of state) and chose to quarantine there. Upon trying to schedule an appointment for my pet when we would be back in Springfield, I was told I could not bring my cat to the vet because I had been quarantining out of state. With the thorough health precautions this facility is taking, you would think they would be able to help an animal in the middle of a health crisis, but no. Took my cat to a new vet today and got him treated for worms, fleas, got his blood checked for possible other problems, AND was notified of my cat’s dangerous gingivitis problem and was able to schedule a dental for him immediately. Thank you for convincing me to find a better vet for my cat! :)

They are knowledgeable and caring. We recently had to put our dear dog Charlie own due to cancer and the staff there were so kind and helpful in such a difficult time. We recently received a package from them with his paw print, name and a tiny jar with his fur in it. They all signed a beautiful card. We are very impressed. We love Healing Paws!!!

I've been going here for a while and I completely recommend them. They listen to you needs for your animal and will do things to increase the comfort of them while they stay there for surgery. They also will reduce the total cost of the surgery if it was not as difficult as they first quoted, which is not something I've ever seen a vet do. Super nice people and they will contact you about your animal to check up on them too. They also have helped me with fleas multiple times as my animal is allergic to fleas

They are always on time and interact very well with my dog. I have been to many veterinarians since we are military. There are a few that I thought were pretty aweful for many reasons. This place is one of my favorite.

I've been taking my pets here for a couple of years now and they provide great care.
