We brought in our Great Dane to be neutered yesterday. The staff answered all of my questions and truly seemed to care about my pup. He left with many new friends. The entire process of working with this clinic was easy.nnThe front desk woman is kind and responsive. I never felt rushed or like I asked too many questions. The surgery went well and he seems to have very little discomfort. He isn't even trying to lick. The vet called after the surgery to let me know how it went.nnEveryone from reception to the vet tech to the vet who did the surgery was kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I had a horrible experience with a different vet clinic in Branson that caused my cat to be super aggressive when going to the vet. I was a little hesitant to take him somewhere new but they have been the friendliest and easiest staff to work with not to mention very reasonably priced. Having 2 very young kids that is important to me. I will be bringing all of my animals back and be referring them to everyone.
This will be our clinic for any pets we have from now on. We loved how kind staff was and doc actually took time to talk to us after the procedure. Also very reasonable prices compared to others in town. Thank you Heartland.
