Reasonable prices unlike the vets I've tried in Springfield. The short drive is worth it. They love animals and give them that extra attention. Prices on prescription food is great too.
Awesome people work here! They are so caring, and know how to care for my slightly neurotic dog! Absolutely reccomend them!!
I went to Tender Heart this morning with my dog. Had a very good visit with the doctor and her assistant. I then proceeded to pay for our visit and asked a simple question and the receptionist looked at me like I was stupid and spoke to me in a rude manner. I did not appreciate it whatsoever.
High prices and rude employees. Never ever again
