My husband and I have 4 dogs, in addition to a number of sick or injured strays we have brought in for treatment. We are almost always forced to call Best Friends at the absolute last minute and they have ALWAYS made time for us and our animals. Dr. Sean is phenomenal, he checks up on dogs that we brought in only once before, he makes follow up calls to see how our animals are doing after a visit. The prices are more than fair. I cannot say enough good things about Best Friends Animal Hospital and Dr. Sean.
I have been bringing my fur babies to BF since I moved to Missouri 10 yrs ago. I have loved the service and the people here. I just love Dr. Carmen and Dr. Sean and when I get a chance to see Dr. Jack, it’s always fun. Kelly has been a constant since I’ve been here, and I just love her. Very helpful and kind. This staff has cared for all my animals, and that’s a lot. They care and want to make their patients and their owners as comfortable as possible.nI’ve never had a single complaint. Even when I’ve had to put babies down, the care and kindness I have felt has been comforting. I truly can not say enough good about this place. Thank you Best Friends Ozark!!
I drive from north Springfield to bring my 2 cats to this veterinary clinic in Ozark! Everyone is caring & genuinely concerned about the well being of my fur babies! The office staff is always polite & helpful. The veterinarians are great & always willing to address any concerns I may have. I’m very happy with this clinic!!!!
Great place. Very friendly staff, a clean, and modern veterinary office.
All of the staff truly cares about our 9 yr old dog! Plus Dr. Shaun took time to really listen to to our concerns, then they followed up a few days later to make sure she was feeling better. So glad we found this great vet!
