Dr. Frankie and her staff are a caring bunch. I chose this place because of their affordable service and their realistic, and compassionate view point.
Great Veterinarian clinic and kind folks. They always provide the best care for my parent's animals.
I had my dog neutered here. Nothing complicated or out of the ordinary. They did their job, but as soon as i got my dog out of the truck the incision had reopened. So I had to drive him back and they had to fix it. I understand that stuff like that can happen and they did take care of it for free. But my issues are they ended up charging me a lot more for the procedure than they initially said with no reasoning as to why.nAlso the communication was absolutely awful I had to keep calling to figure out when to pick my dog up and to figure out what was happening! They should at least give me a call when he's ready to be picked up or something.
The vet is very sweet & capable with your pets. The prices are better, for the most part.nThey don't offer military/veteran discounts which is my main reason for giving 4 stars.
This place is the best are 2 little dogs would not have made it without her THANK YOU.
