We went to Hy-Vee to buy a nice sympathy arrangement for a family friend. We were very indicicive on what we wanted to buy, flowers or a nice plant. Michelle who works there approached my husband and I and offered to put some beautiful flowers into a plant so we would have the best of both worlds. She did a wonderful job and it came out beautiful ! She did this spur of the moment , was very professional and even saved us some money on the attachment by setting us up with a Hy-Vee card ! We appreciate your help Michelle from Hy-Vee floral department ! You are an asset to the Hy-Vee establishment !
Absolutely beautiful arrangement!! I received the most gorgeous flowers today from this location. When I called my husband to thank him he told me that the Floral Manager deserves all the credit and that she was a kind, caring person that was very patient with him. THANK YOU! It made my entire cubicle smell wonderful and this is amazing. I'm very very impressed!
I called the floral manager about a previous order. She patiently dealt with me. She then made me an arrangement of flowers that was out of this world. It was beyond my expectations. She obviously has a passion for what she does and is amazing with customers. I can't give a higher recommendation. She made the arrangement and had it delivered in under 90 min! She had the best customer service of anyone I've ever dealt with. I'm so glad I didn't ask for a refund. I'm so thankful the manager really cares about quality. I'm humbled by this experience due to how the manager went out of her way to make me satisfied. You couldn't ask for a better person. Thank you. I got more than what I paid for and am extremely happy. The arrangement is impressive to say the very least.

Hy-Vee Floral is the best place to get beautiful flower arrangements. Flowers last forever and the arrangements are definitely worth the cost. You get more than what you pay for!
