Called because I had an emergency with one of my pets, they ended up hanging up on us. Made it very apparent they care more about $$$ than animals lives. Sad they won't work with people in the middle of a national crisis when so many people are struggling. Very Un-American among other things. If I could give them no stars I would.
I have taken my cats and dogs here many times for routine checks and in a few emergency situations. Dr. McDowell and her staff are so sweet and appointments are always prompt. The facility is immaculate. She takes the time to answer questions and gives thorough explanations. She gives affordable options and NEVER makes me feel pressured to spend more money than I can afford. I genuinely feel like she cares about my pets. I would give 10 stars if I could!
My family has brought our pets to see Dr. McDowell at Cross Point for many years. She and her staff are consistently knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. She values spending time with clients and providing education with her services.
They do not examine animals well, our cat died from the doctor wrongly giving treatments, that by the way we’re very overpriced compared to other vets. Then a YEAR later decided to say sorry for our cat dying, but said it wasn’t her fault because we needed to come back in after the procedure. When we called day in and out to make sure we were doing everything right. So glad WE made the mistake to go here at all. Go to Lacroix they are nice and fun, and they treat animals with care.
Best veterinarian around. When I picked up my first dog ever, Remington, I probably called every week freaking out with every little sneeze thinking something might be wrong. Dr. McDowell always made time to talk to me. However, there have been 2 times in the last 6 years that Remi got into something, and Dr. McDowell stayed up through the night checking in on him and me. She comes up with innovative and creative means to help me take care of my dog-child, and we couldn’t be more blessed that she’s our vet. You can definitely tell that taking care of animals is her gift and passion. Thank you!
