I was very disappointed in Ford & Sons today. My brother-in-law passed away about a month ago and did not leave his daughters any way to pay for funeral costs. His daughters have been raising money through GoFund me page and FB as well as putting on a couple of fundraisers. My niece walked in with the bulk of the money today (over $2,500) but it still left a balance of a little over $1,000. She was met with intimidation to sign up for auto payments through her checking account at a 9% interest rate or be turned into an attorney. They had buried my husband's family for over two generations and used to be viewed as a very family oriented business. Now, they are only worried about money and their bottom line. This will be the last family member in our family they will ever see again!
Nice and comfortable atmosphere. compassionate, professional staff.
