My sister ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday. The flowers looked nothing like the image online. Instead of white roses and lilies the arrangement had carnations and lilac? When asked why the arrangement looked nothing like the photo she informed my sister was out of those flowers. Understanding we were upset she offered to make the arrangement again correctly. GREAT. We were told it would be ready the next day. The next morning we called the shop and no one answered, assuming they must just be busy we went to the shop arriving at approx 12pm. With the open light on the shop was closed. So. I guess we won't be getting our correction.
Well normally would give 5 stars have ordered flowers multiple times from them and have always been correct , ordered a fall floral arrangement in a orange pumpkin with fall colored flowers and roses last week to be delivered today , was sent a picture and thank you from the recipient and to my surprise they delivered a white pumpkin which would have been ok expect for the bright spring flowers that were in it, I ordered this arrangement because today is the first day of fall and my girlfriends favorite season but didn’t receive anything even close to fall very disappointed, call the flower shop they did apologize and offered to make a different arrangement and go swap it out ,really she has done received the gift now you want me to say oh babe they are coming to exchange the flowers , sorry but I get my girlfriend flowers once to twice a month and will now but elsewhere, if you don’t have anything that even resembles what your customers order make a courtesy call and let them know especially when spending $60 plus
Amazing service and beautiful work! I called yesterday afternoon for a delivery to a local hospital and within an hour the bouquet arrived. The actual arrangement looked even prettier than the image shown in the website. I’ve used other floral delivery services in the past with much dissatisfaction so it’s nice to have a reliable local florist. Thanks Sweetheart Florist!
I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to friend who had an anniversary. They never received the flowers, and I never heard from the florist. Incompetent.
I do not live around here so I wasn't sure where to buy flowers from when I searched several years ago. I ended up trying Sweetheart Florists and I have continued to use them since.nThe staff was very helpful and Becky, the owner, exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect.nI won't use anyone else and would highly recommend them!
