Dr. Lucas and his team are so amazing! He took care of our sweet chihuahua during two emergency situations (when visiting the Ozarks from out of town) one she swallowed a fish hook and two when she started having seizures as she got old. I appreciate his attention to detail, the way he explained everything and how it was very easy to get a hold of him when we needed him. His all around attitude and general concern for our pet gave us 100% confidence in him and his team. We will never forget your care and help! One of the best thank you!!

My coworker had the WORST experience here. Please if you have a large dog DO NOT go here for Neutering. They are rude and can be useless if you call asking for help. Not only did they nick a vein in one of her Great Danes and NOT tell her about it (She took him to her own vet who confirmed this), but they tried to deny it had anything to do with them! They tried to send him home Dehydrated and NONRESPOSIVE. He needed Four bags of fluid before he was even slightly more responsive, as well as he was sent home still bleeding from the incision site. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
The staff was very accommodating!! They took us right in & did everything they could to save our cat but she didn't make it. Dr. Called us personally to let us know. The staff sent us a card with her little paw print which was PRECIOUS!! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!!!
Everyone is friendly. Answered my questions when I needed answers. Very clean. My dog love coming here.
