As far as things go, this is likely the CLEANEST place you can take your animals to within 30 miles of this vicinity. The building is less than 3 yrs old and staff exudes professionalism. So far so good, and I don't have anything negative to say. Doors encourage people entering the building to wear face masks for the safety of animals as well as anyone else within the building. Very neat, very clean. They offer up to date veterinary information and up to par veterinary practices, if not better. I have nothing bad to say, thus far. Great place, thumbs up, hands down.
I love Kathy Hicks. She is a good vet. She kind caring and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend her. She will come in on emergency calls on her day off and she is very professional. The best vet in Poplar Bluff.

We appreciate Dr. Hicks and her entire staff. Abbey was well taken care of. She is doing well thanks to them.
Dr. Hicks made a house call to trim my potbelly pig, Wilburs, hooves and clip his tusks. She was gentle and patient with him. He has tough skin I guess, because she kept bending needles. :) But she finally got him knocked out. Thank you, again Dr. Hicks.
