The Meierhoffer family has taken care of mine time and time again. They are great people and their staff is top notch and compassionate.
My family uses Meierhoffer and I have family members buried at their cemetery. Always great care and detail taken there.
For the love of God, go anywhere else!nn1. Weren't ready for our first appointment. Acted like they didn't know who we were or what we wanted even after we spoke to them twice - weeks beforehand. Brought in the wrong guy, wrong contract, and tried to up-sell us.nn2. Didn't post the obit late notice on the day of death - had to be reminded.nn3. Their draft of the website obit was poor - with typos and omissions. We had to rewrite it outselves. Then, after it was hand-delivered to them, they didn't post it as promised - had to be reminded.nn4. Totally screwed up the urn order for the cremains. Supposed to be bronze urn with matching keepsakes. Today we went to pick up all & the keepsakes were SILVER GUITARS!!! Ridiculous, right? Would be funny if not so flippin' tragic.nnAt this point, I have no idea if there are even my Dad's cremains.nnI highly and tearfully recommend that you go somewhere else. This has been a nightmare.
