Family setting compared to the herd them in herd them out attitude I have received at others they definitely let you know it is an expensive business and the “train”has got to run on time. Too bad aunt Jane is having a breakdown moment taking longer than her allotted time to get it together and move on. Definitely wouldn’t feel that way at Rupps even though it may have a time limit to say goodbye, they don’t make you feel rushed
Rupp's has taken care of many of our family members, and with each one we have felt listened to and have received more than we could ever expect during our time of grief. Even with this last funeral for our youngest sister, she had Down's Syndrome and loved 50's music, so they had 50's Rock n Roll playing softly in the background at her visitation. Thank you all for making a sad experience wonderful for all of us. I would highly recommend getting a prepaid funeral plan in place, it makes is so much easier on the remaining family members and Rupp's will do an amazing service.
