I’ve always been iffy on this place but they’ve done decent work, aside from being a little rough with my dog at times. My issue here is that my dog had an operation and they said they would call when it was done. The call never happened. When I called when I woke up (I work over night which they knew) they said he’d been done for hours and even if I hurry I can’t have my dog until tomorrow. I know they’re going to charge me and all I can think is my dog in a kennel all night. Not happy with the experience at all and I may change vets.nn***EDIT***nI went to pick him up and not only was the staff extremely apologetic they immediately took the charge off for the night and the examination. They understand the mistake and took care of it and I am very thankful.
Very dedicated to the care & wellbeing of your babies. Also doing carside service during the pandemic, trying to make a safe environment for everyone.nI love Noah's Ark!
They have taken great care of my pets over the past 13 years
We love Noah's Ark. They have taken care of our dogs, cats, geckos, and chickens for over 30 years. They recently helped us with a challenging decision about euthanizing a beloved dog. They spent time talking through the nuances of the decision, helping us understand the possibilities, helped make sure we were not missing any options. I am a people doctor and I wish most physicians would provide such patient-centered care. They also intentionally try to keep their fees low to allow most pet owners the option of providing needed care for their pets. The office is a bit busily chaotic at times, but they are ALWAYS worth the wait. We are immensely grateful to the for the wonderful care our animals always receive.
They are always helpful and are willing to answer questions. Highly recommend.
