Very pleased with the masculine floral arrangement I purchased for my hubby! They delivered it on time as expected. I would recommend Kent's to everyone!
I purchased a plant to be delivered on May 2, 2020. We requested Kent's call a specified telephone number, upon delivery, to insure our love one recieved. Kent did not deliver nor call yet KENT'S CHARGED our credit card. I called to inform and their reply 'we show it was delivered & we left a message as instructed'. Well...PLANT WAS NOT RECEIVED; NO CONTACT MADE. No apology, coupon or care from this business after this experience is sad & WILL NOT PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. Honestly
I have been sending floral arrangements to my mom for years and recommend KENT to all.nCompetitively priced, and very nice arrangements per mom. Always arrives on time. If she's happy, I'm happy!
I am very disappointed in the floral arrangement that I ordered for a friend. I spent $75.00 and specifically asked for a lot of flowers. The arrangement that was sent had 7 large flowers. 7 flowers is a far cry from a lot. I never will use Kent’s floral again.
